Spiced carrot & parsnip soup with honey crème fraîche & rustic bread
Terrine of smoked chicken, baby leeks and prosciutto ham with apricot compote and granary toast
Duck liver parfait, pear chutney & ciabatta croutes
Bruschetta of marinated woodland mushrooms, goats' cheese & basil
Home cured gradvalax, salad of little gem, chicory, roast pears & candied walnuts

MAINS
Roast Sirloin of English Beef & Yorkshire Pudding & Pan Gravy
Roast Blythburgh pork, apple sauce & crackling
Pan-fried Chicken Breast, celeriac dauphinoise, lemon and thyme stuffing, braised savoy cabbage
Seared fillet of black bream, garlic & sea salt ratte potatoes with a broth of leeks, clams & cockles
Roast pepper & artichoke risotto with feta cheese, soused shallot & rocket
